1. Support Nails

4. Self-aligning Support
Where the support position changes automatically with the workpiece positioning changes to the appropriate reference surface position. Corresponds to a fixed support, limited to only one degree of freedom. Due to the increased number of contact points with the positioning datum, the rigidity and stability of the workpiece can be improved. Applied to machining production of mechanical products or rough reference positions where rigidity is insufficient.

2. Self-positioning Auxiliary Support
The support pin is higher than the support surface. It is suitable for occasions where the weight of different workpieces is light and the cutting load of vertical management is less affected.
3. Push-pull Auxiliary Support
The support pin is lower than the support surface. When installing the workpiece, the support pin can be pushed to contact the positioning surface for machining and production of mechanical products, and then locked. It is suitable for occasions where the weight of different workpieces is heavier and the cutting workload of vertical management has a great influence.
4. Hydraulic Locking Auxiliary Bracket
This auxiliary support fixture is made through a threaded connection and requires pressure on the mains. Under the action of a spring, the support pin contacts with the workpiece, and is modified by the oil clamping set, and the support pin locks the thin oil pressure chamber.
